I’m a marketing consultant based in San Diego, working with growing business nationwide.
My work is rooted in brand strategy and messaging. I help companies get clear on how they communicate, prioritize what matters, and move forward with confidence.
my background
I spent 6.5 years in marketing at CorVel Corporation, a publicly-traded healthcare and risk management company. I grew from Marketing Assistant to Content Marketing Manager, working closely with senior leadership to shape brand messaging, content strategy, and multi-channel campaigns.
The work I led included:
Creating customer case studies showcasing measurable client results
Managing video campaigns from creative concept through post-production (live action and animated videos)
Writing thought leadership content on complex topics like AI, data privacy, and risk management
Executing LinkedIn content strategy and paid ad campaigns
Presenting marketing updates to executive leadership
Training sales teams on social media strategies
Managing SEO strategy as part of broader content initiatives
Creating and refining brand messaging and website copy
That experience taught me how to manage complex projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver thoughtful, polished work under real deadlines.
From Corporate to Small Business
After CorVel, I led sales and operations for Hartworks Floral, a high-end floral events company in San Diego.
I managed large-scale corporate and private events, led teams, handled client relationships, and oversaw projects from initial inquiry through on-site execution. That experience gave me firsthand insight into running a service-based business and juggling multiple moving parts at once.
Today, I bring both perspectives—corporate marketing strategy and small business operations—to my consulting work.
