Case Study: Sales & Recruiting Multi-Video Campaign for CorVel Corporation

The Challenge
CorVel needed a compelling video series to bring their brand to life—showcasing their company values, culture, and the impact of their work to both customers and potential new employees. The goal was to communicate the "CorVel Difference" through compelling employee spotlights and polished visual storytelling.
The Approach
I led the creative direction and full production process for a series of videos featuring real employees and their career trajectories and experience working at the company. From concept to final cut, I managed every stage of the project. This included developing the vision, sourcing and managing a production partner, co-writing scripts, directing on-site shoots, and overseeing post-production edits. The campaign was designed to work across multiple channels, from corporate marketing and sales to recruiting efforts.
